Dr. Moniruzzaman Sarker is an adjunct faculty at the Dept. of Marketing Strategy and Innovation, Sunway University Business School, Sunway University, Malaysia, and an Assistant Professor in Marketing (on leave) at the School of Business & Economics (SOBE), United International University, Bangladesh. He received his PhD in Marketing from the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya, Malaysia. His research interest revolves around, but are not limited to, consumer experience and behaviour, technology (IoT) in service experience, sustainable consumption behaviour, value co-creation, social media engagement, transportation services, travel and tourism services. His research works have appeared in the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Consumer Studies, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Tourism Management Perspectives, amongst others. He is a reviewer of several WoS and Scopus indexed journals. He also provides training on quantitative research methods using SEM tools, SPSS.
